The MoneyPark Cockpit is part of Helvetia's Home Ecosystem and includes various services, as well as suitable products and partners related to home ownership.

Discover energy class and savings potential

With the goal of initiating concrete renovations, Norm's comprehensible energy performance certificate offers property owners a holistic overview of a property's energy efficiency and highlights the potential of energy renovations. Experienced energy experts at Norm use software to determine the energy class, CO₂ emissions, and the condition of the building's key components. Based on this, an individual renovation plan is created, which includes an estimate of renovation costs and available subsidies. For each stage of renovation the report shows the potential savings in energy costs and the impact on energy efficiency classes.

Digital and efficient process by Norm

Norm provides an intuitive web app that allows users to submit building data including floor plans, photos, and bills for electricity and heating. From this, a 3D model of the building is created and an energy analysis is performed.

The process is completely digital, eliminating the need for on-site inspections by an expert. This significantly reduces processing time, and the energy certificate can be delivered in 2-3 weeks. Additionally, the data can be accessed via API if needed.

Digital energy certificate for clients of Helvetia

Mauran Yogeswaran, interim Head of Home Ecosystem at Helvetia, states: "By integrating Norm into our MoneyPark Cockpit, we offer an easy entry point to engage with energy efficiency and receive concrete renovation suggestions. Highlighting the savings potential is an important tool for increasing the renovation rate of energetically inefficient buildings."

Gian Reto à Porta, CEO of Norm, adds: "The partnership with Helvetia makes the Norm energy certificate accessible to a broad audience. We hope this will provide a crucial impetus for property owners to recognize the benefits of energy renovations and put them into action."
