Scope of the analysis
Energy class
We determine the energy class of a building on a scale from A to G, differentiating between overall energy efficiency and the efficiency of the building envelope.
Direct and indirect CO₂ emissions
We calculate how much CO₂ is emitted by a building for room heating and hot water and distinguish between direct and indirect emissions.
Condition of the components
We show the condition of individual components such as the roof, facades or windows and how much energy the building loses per component.
Benchmark
We illustrate how a building compares to other buildings from the same construction period.
