Refurbishment plan
We create a refurbishment roadmap with up to three stages and show which measures should be implemented in the short, medium and long term. In doing so, we take into account limitations and measures already planned.
Cost estimate
We estimate the costs for each refurbishment measure to help owners set budgets and prioritize implementation.
Subsidy calculation
We show what funding is available from the federal government, cantons, municipalities and private institutions for the implementation of proposed measures.
