GEAK - The cantonal building energy certificate
The GEAK serves as the basis for ESG reports in accordance with standards such as BREEAM and GRESB or for energy status analysis.
Scope of the analysis
Energy class
We determine the energy class of a building on a scale from A to G, differentiating between overall energy efficiency and the efficiency of the building envelope.
Direct CO₂ emissions
We calculate how much CO₂ is emitted by a building for room heating and hot water.
Condition of the components
We show the condition of individual components such as the roof, facades and windows.
