The standardized specifications issued by the Swiss Federal Office of Energy provide a structured framework for energy analyses, including recommended procedures. They are used in cases where the GEAK Plus is not required and establish a clear baseline for tenders and project planning.

Energy performance certificates ensure compliance with legal requirements. Depending on the project, we prepare the certificate as a system-level certificate for the entire building or as a component-level certificate for renovations and component replacements.

We create digital 3D models of buildings based on existing plans and photos. If floor plans are missing, we can conduct an on-site survey using a LiDAR camera and create digital plans. The models are available as IFC files for further planning.
