Zurich, April 14, 2025 - MoneyPark, the leading specialist for mortgages and real estate in Switzerland, is expanding its digital real estate platform “MoneyPark Cockpit” to include NORM's innovative building check. With this service, property owners can now easily find out how much money they can save through targeted renovations and how they can increase the value of their property at the same time.

Thanks to the integration of NORM Indicative into the MoneyPark Cockpit, users can easily obtain a clear assessment of their building's energy efficiency. The analysis also shows which renovations would make sense and how this could reduce operating costs. The evaluation is based on a model specially developed by NORM and only requires a few details about the building.

Direct added value for property owners

The new building check offers users the following advantages in the MoneyPark Cockpit:

  • Condition analysis: Assessment of the building's energy efficiency, CO₂ emissions and an evaluation of the condition of individual components
  • Renovation proposals**: Tailored recommendations for energy optimization of the building
  • Cost estimates**: Estimation of the costs and the potential energy and cost savings per proposed measure
  • Additional benefits**: Discounted GEAK certificate and attractive offers from selected partners - exclusively for MoneyPark Cockpit users.

“With NORM Indicative, users of the MoneyPark Cockpit receive concrete indications of how to sustainably increase the attractiveness of their property and save on operating costs at the same time,” says Gian Reto à Porta, CEO and founder of NORM. “Our solution offers an intuitive and quick way to identify and efficiently exploit potential.”

Dennis Eicker, CPO of MoneyPark, adds: “The new building check underlines our commitment to providing property owners with the best digital tools. By partnering with NORM, we are creating additional transparency and simplifying access to important information about optimizing properties and their sustainability.”
