Thanks to the partnership with NORM, SAK can now offer its customers a holistic energy analysis of their properties. As a first step, the partnership enables property owners to carry out an initial analysis of their property free of charge and directly here on the SAK website free of charge.
For a more detailed analysis, a second step offers the option of having an individual renovation roadmap created by an energy expert. The digital solution provided by NORM is user-friendly and accessible. NORM's energy experts analyze each property individually to put together a tailor-made package of renovation measures that includes cost estimates and information on available subsidies. This initiative supports property owners in making their buildings sustainable and reducing CO₂ emissions in a targeted manner.
